The following openings exist:
Service Engineers - We are currently recruiting Service Engineers for our Airdrie Branch. Duties will include customer liaison, fault-finding, preventative maintenance and emergency call-out. The ideal candidates will be excellent communicators and have a proven track record [minimum 5 years experience] in the various industry disciplines including Fire, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems.
Electrical Maintenance Engineers - Inverness/Aberdeen - We have recently secured further long-term installation and maintenance contracts in the Highlands region. To meet these demands we are seeking experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join our dedicated team based at our Inverness branch. Duties will include customer liaison, fault-finding, preventative maintenance and emergency call-out. The ideal candidates will be excellent communicators and have a proven track record in the various industry disciplines including Fire, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems.
Call Handler - Airdrie - This position will be working as part of our Service Department. Candidates looking to apply for this position will be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Applicants will possess excellent customer service skills and telephone manner, as well as being able to work well as part of the existing team. Main duties will include: Answering incoming calls to the service call centre; Booking calls onto internal systems; Sending jobs to engineers via PDA's; Using electronic diary system. Similar Call Centre or Admin experience required.
