Scotshield Fire & Security recognises that a well-trained and motivated workforce is vital to the efficient operation of the business and also the quality of service delivery to the client.  This understanding allows us to help our clients achieve their own objectives in continuous improvement in the relevant areas. Our commitment to training coupled with our accreditations clearly demonstrates the skill level in our staff and our technical ability.

We have invested heavily in our Head Office training facility which is fully equipped with working systems in Access Control, CCTV, Fire Detection and Security Alarms for hands-on engineering training and end-user training by simulating on-site operational scenarios.  We also provide Health & Safety training sessions and safe isolation training for electrical installations including Emergency Lighting systems.

This investment compliments our programme of external training and our apprenticeship schemes thereby allowing us to develop the skills and needs of our staff.
